Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bu33 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting service available at bu33.pro. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any person who otherwise accesses or makes use of any service offered by bu33.

By registering an account, accessing the bu33 platform, or placing any bet or wager, you represent that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Your continued use of the bu33 platform after any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and bu33.

Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to and use of the bu33 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. bu33 does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register an account, place a wager, or otherwise use the platform in any capacity.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent, employee, or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from bu33 or otherwise excluded, suspended, or banned from the platform by our compliance team.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of bu33, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

bu33 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point, including but not limited to at registration, before processing any withdrawal, or following any suspicious account activity. Acceptable identity documents include a valid Bangladeshi National ID Card (NID) or a valid passport.

Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To use the full range of bu33 services, you must create a registered account. When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, a current mobile number, and your preferred payment method details. You must not impersonate any other person or use a false identity when registering.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the bu33 platform. Opening duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If bu33 identifies that a player holds more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be suspended immediately, any bonuses or winnings accrued across duplicate accounts may be voided, and the player's primary account may be subject to permanent closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bu33 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances. You agree to notify bu33 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. bu33 will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

3.4 KYC Verification

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations and our commitment to preventing fraud and money laundering, bu33 may require you to submit identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Required documents typically include a clear copy of your National ID Card or passport and, where relevant, proof of your registered payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Minimums

bu33 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be reversed and may result in account suspension.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within approximately 15 minutes of submission, subject to completion of KYC verification and the absence of any active bonus wagering requirements on your account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. bu33 does not charge platform-side fees for standard withdrawals; however, your payment service provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which bu33 accepts no responsibility.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the bu33 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). bu33 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any other currency. Any funds received in a foreign currency will be automatically converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate, and bu33 accepts no liability for any exchange rate losses.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

bu33 operates in full compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards. Deposits must be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. bu33 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any transaction it deems unusual, and to delay or withhold processing of withdrawals pending completion of an AML review. Players must not use the bu33 platform for any money laundering or financial crime purpose — violation of this clause will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

bu33 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, and expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, all bonus funds awarded by bu33 are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically without notice.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

bu33 actively monitors player activity for evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using low-risk betting strategies designed solely to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and coordinated play between related accounts. Any player found to be abusing bu33 promotions will have their bonuses voided, associated winnings forfeited, and their account suspended or permanently closed at bu33's sole discretion.

5.4 bu33 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions

bu33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that existing wagering requirements in progress will be honoured to their stated expiry date. bu33 also reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonus funds if it has reasonable grounds to believe the player has provided false information or exploited a technical error to obtain a promotional benefit.

Game Rules and Betting

6.1 Game Availability

The bu33 game library includes casino slots, live dealer games, crash titles, table games, and sports betting markets. The availability of specific games and markets may vary from time to time due to technical maintenance, provider updates, or regulatory considerations. bu33 does not guarantee continuous availability of any specific game or market.

6.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and sports betting markets on the bu33 platform. These limits are displayed within each game and on each market page. bu33 reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time. bu33 also reserves the right to impose individual player betting limits where it identifies unusual wagering patterns or potential risk exposure.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game round or bet, bu33 reserves the right to void the affected round or wager and return the stake to the player's account. bu33 will not honour payouts that result from a clearly erroneous game outcome caused by a technical fault. In all cases of dispute arising from technical issues, the records maintained by bu33's systems shall be considered the authoritative reference.

6.4 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on the bu33 sportsbook are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant sport and market. In cases of event cancellation, postponement, or abandonment, bu33 will apply the rules set out in its sportsbook rules documentation, which is available on the platform. Bets placed on incorrect or clearly erroneous odds will be void. bu33 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bu33 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one bu33 account simultaneously.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, financial fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing a deposit after it has been used to place wagers on the platform.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward bu33 staff or other players.
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming restriction, self-exclusion, or account limit that has been applied to your account.

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bu33 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the bu33 platform without the prior written consent of bu33 or the relevant rights holder.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bu33 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill, even if bu33 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bu33's total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the platform in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Suspension and Termination

11.1 Termination by the Player

You may close your bu33 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the absence of any active investigation into your account. Unused bonus funds are not withdrawable upon account closure.

11.2 Termination or Suspension by bu33

bu33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that: the player has violated any provision of these Terms; the player has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity; the player has provided false personal information; the player's continued use of the platform poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to bu33; or closure is required to protect the interests of third parties.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for any reason, your licence to access and use the bu33 platform immediately ceases. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including sections on intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall remain in full force and effect after termination.

Privacy and Data

bu33 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms and registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. bu33 uses your data primarily to operate your account, verify your identity, process payments, prevent fraud, and communicate with you about your account and relevant promotions.

Amendments to These Terms

bu33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bu33 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and will post a notice on the bu33 platform indicating that the Terms have been updated. The updated Terms will display a revised effective date at the top of the document.

Your continued use of the bu33 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.1.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings. bu33's decisions regarding game outcomes, account balances, and bonus eligibility — where based on platform records — shall be treated as final unless a clear and demonstrable technical error can be established.
